the convoy began on January 23 and peaked with hundreds of thousands of protesters arriving in Ottawa, Canada’s capital, on January 29 for protest against mandates. Many truckers have been parked in the same spots since the weekend in sub-zero temperatures, honking their horns and revving their engines.

“We are all brothers together, and we are here for one cause, and that is the fight for the freedoms of Canadians and for Canada itself,” trucker Andrew told Fox News.

Canadian trucker Mat Mackenzie said on Friday the freedom convoy would not stop until the Canadian government scraps COVID vaccination mandates.

“They’re not backing down and I have to say we have a message for all Canadians and the world watching that our freedoms matter,” Mackenzie told Bill Hemmer and Dana Perino on “American Newsroom.”
